Stigmatic boxes

Hello again.
I write in my journal every day now to help me keep track of what day it is. I am going to try to write in here as well.

I wanted to comment today on how we are all put into little boxes whether we know it or not. Whether one is homeless, almost homeless, middle class or higher class, we are all discreetly put into categories.

Society has been working hard to eliminate stigma on people. I have to wonder if, instead, stigma has just been disguised as unspoken tolerance. I think that stigma will remain until all classes, titles and labeled persons can truly connect, and are equally able to come to the same table. I believe that it will instead, remain unspoken because it is politically incorrect to do otherwise. Is it taboo for those who claim to believe otherwise, to admit that stigma still exists within their minds?

Actions alone will speak louder than words and so, time will give us that answer.
